REVISION POLICY

Depending on the bundle you choose, we provide revisions. Customers can request an infinite number of free modifications, and we will do so at no additional cost as long as the design and concept stay the same. The turnaround time for revisions would be 48-72 hours.

TURN AROUND TIME

Most design services at Website Affinity take 48-72 hours to complete. This is the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage, not the whole time for a project from start to end. Depending on the type of Service, changes might take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours, which equates to two working days. For example:

  • On Mondays, orders for logos or requests for revisions will be fulfilled by Wednesday
  • Orders for logos or revisions placed on Friday will be delivered by the end of Tuesday.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

If the first design concepts are accepted or a revision is requested, any deposited fees for a project will not be refunded until Website Affinity cancels or terminates your Contract for a cause other than your breach or non-performance.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
  • When the initial logo concepts are shown, you make a request. The refund offer becomes void after you accept or request revisions to the first designs, and refund requests will not be considered.
  • If you request a refund before the initial design concepts are delivered, you will be eligible for a full refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • If you seek a refund within 48 hours, you will receive a 66 percent return (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • If you seek a refund between 48 and 120 hours after receiving the first design, you will receive a 33 percent return (less 10 percent service & processing fee).
  • After 120 hours of receiving your original design, no refund requests will be considered; however, because we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, you are urged to contact us if you have any concerns.
  • If you do not take action on your order within 30 days after ordering it, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, depending on your project, you may be charged a cost to revive your design order.
  • Once the final files have been given, no refund claims will be considered.
  • Once the website creation has been done, and the Website has been launched online, there will be no refunds available. For video animation packages, no refund request will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.
  • All refund requests will be sent to the customer service department. Website Affinity retains the right to grant or refuse your request on an individual case-by-case basis based on a breach of your user agreement.
  • For our Custom packages, the refund policy will be the same as for normal packages.
  • For example, if you purchase a logo and web design service and accept the logo, you can only get a refund for the website design service.
  • A good justification must be provided for a refund request, which must be evaluated against the design brief and client input for modifications. A refund will not be issued unless the concept is not developed according to the brief; nonetheless, more changes will be supplied until perfect satisfaction is achieved.
  • The money-back-guarantee is contingent on the order being placed in good faith. We do not consider it in good faith when a consumer places design orders with many design agencies for the same task in the hopes of receiving a refund. We retain the right to refuse a refund request in this situation.
  • Because all design tasks need client feedback prior to finalization, it is only reasonable that the customer participates and offers feedback in order to achieve the desired results.
  • Our 100% unique design guarantee allows you to redraw if our designed logo is deemed to be strikingly similar to another logo design that currently exists. Any reference to an existing design is purely coincidental, and Website Affinity accepts no liability or compensation claim in such a circumstance. It is the client's duty to obtain copyright protection for their artwork.

Note: Website Affinity reserves the right to reject any project or terminate the Contract at any time. You will no longer have any rights to utilize the designs for any reason after the refund; they will become the exclusive property of Website Affinity. The designs will be the sole property of the firm.

Refunds are not available for any of our services that are not linked to design services. They are not covered by our no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you purchase such a service as part of a Package Deal of any type, you will not be able to get a refund on the entire package. The following are some examples of such services:

  • Website & Emails Hosting Services.

  • Website Domain Purchase.

In the event of dissatisfaction with services that are not covered by the 100 percent return policy, Website Affinity management may choose to issue a partial refund to the customer after reviewing the project.

How to claim your refund

Please make sure you complete the following conditions to ensure your refund request is authorized.

  • We will endeavor to address your issue as soon as possible under our revision process, or we will send you an email from our refund department approving your refund request. Following the refund, Website Affinity will gain your design rights, and you will be unable to exhibit any version of the design that the firm has supplied you. Let's add something to the mix:
    • Because the design rights have been given to the firm, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to utilize any answer or other material, work product, or media and that you will have no ownership interest in or to the same,
    • Website Affinity will share Copyright Acquisition information for the returned designs with government copyright agencies, which would prevent the designs from being reused as original designs in the future. My Account

The My Account section is a useful tool for communication. It is solely your obligation to monitor your account area for any questions, concerns, or further instructions that the designer may require. You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not check or use the Account Area on a regular basis. If you have any questions about how to utilize the area, you may contact the customer support staff at any time.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

  • Emails sent back and forth using official email addresses such as "order@websiteaffinity.com" are the only forms of valid contact.
  • We are not liable for any losses, difficulties, or delays resulting from interactions made through communication methods other than those supplied by us.
  • We are solely responsible for any information made available on our official domains.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

Website Affinity will do everything possible to satisfy your needs, and our designers will do everything possible to meet your expectations. We believe in giving the greatest designs possible, and each one is meticulously researched and developed.

  • We provide limitless revisions to ensure that you are completely happy.
  • We aspire to exceed your expectations and work hard to do so.
  • We won't stop revising your design until you're fully happy (the number of revisions will be according to your package)
  • Website Affinity is a highly customer focused company and we strive to achieve 100% satisfaction of the client. However, if client is dissatisfied so we do process refunds based on the terms mentioned above. Since we work in a good faith and expect our customers to do so as well hence the money back guarantee stands null and void if there customer has changed mind after placing an order.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • On the date specified on the Order Confirmation, the whole order will be sent to the specified account, along with a confirmation email.
  • The turnaround time will be determined by the package; however, a minimum of two business days is necessary.
  • Websites will only become online when all outstanding debts have been paid. Under no circumstances will a website be made online if there are any unpaid dues.
  • Contact our customer service staff if you need an urgent or fast order.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

All finished designs produced by Website Affinity are done so when the customer submits a formal request for finalization, and the client receives the final core files of the logo and owns 100 percent of all rights to the said logo.

  • The complete Final Design given by Website Affinity shall be owned by the client.
  • The client will hold all ownership rights to the finalized design in its entirety.
  • The client may use the completed design in any way they see suitable.
  • The Client, on the other hand, will not own any materials, media, or other content created throughout any revision cycles that lead up to the Final Product

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

Unless otherwise bought specifically, Website Affinity will not be responsible for developing or filling content (e.g., text/Images) onto the Website. In such a situation,

  • Website Affinity will produce custom material for the client's Website
    • The Website's content and wording will be tailored to the needs of the customer.
  • Visuals will be added to the Website by Website Affinity.
    • From stock picture sources, Website Affinity will obtain stock photos for the customer.
    • Images will be purchased upon approval from the client
    • Website Affinity holds no responsibility for any similarities between images used on the Website that may or may not resemble other websites.
  • Website Affinity will add items and product information to the Website.
    • The customer will submit product photos and specifications

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • Website Affinity does not disclose any information about a customer's project or contact information with anybody. At all times, the client's personal and project data is kept private.
  • When the project is effectively done, both Website Affinity and The Client agree not to intentionally slander or disparage the other in the event of a dispute that arises after the project is completed.
  • When the project is effectively done, each Party agrees to refrain from (and Website Affinity shall take reasonable steps to ensure that its officers and directors refrain from) making any defamatory comments of any kind or nature about the Client in the future, either directly or indirectly (and in the case of the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors or business partners).

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Website Affinity keeps track of completed designs so that you may get the precise file in the event of a missing order.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our Customer Support Team is available by phone Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT to address any of your problems and questions. All additional queries must be submitted through the Team Works Account area by the client after business hours and will be picked up the next working day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Website Affinity specializes in providing design services and consulting. The services that the client need will be designed and developed by us. On occasion, the technical parts of our packages and services purchased will assist the client with their websites and emails. Website Affinity will offer the customer basic information about the services as well as the settings necessary to make them operate. On the Customer's end, Website Affinity will not be responsible for providing extensive training or installation of specified services. Examples of such services include, but are not limited to:

  • Website Deployment
    • Website Affinity will deploy the Website for the customer on
      • A Hosting service is provided by us.
        • The hosting Service provided by Website Affinity is a free service provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. It is acquired from a Third Party Service provider
      • A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party)
        • In the event the Website is hosted on a third-party web server purchased by the customer, Website Affinity will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues.

Unless paid separately as continuous maintenance service, there is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the customer and Website Affinity in terms of technical help or service outage.

  • Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)
    • Website Affinity will provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS (Content Management System).
    • Website Affinity will not be responsible for training the client in the said Website CMS (Content Management System). Emails Setup
  • Emails Setup
    • Website Affinity will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end
    • Website Affinity will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
    • Website Affinity will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers.

Website Affinity will not be held liable in any manner for a customer's failure to execute, install, or learn how to use the above-mentioned services on their end since they are the customer's duties.

Email & Mobile Phone Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of email and mobile phone contact information provided to Website Affinity.

1. Consent and Usage

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you consent to receive communication from Website Affinity. This includes, transitional messages, periodic updates about your service or project, updates, newsletters, and services delivery e.g. Design attachments, Project updates and Revisions update.

2. Carrier Charges Disclosure

Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service carrier for details.

3. Stop & Unsubscribe

If you wish to stop receiving emails or mobile communications, you can:

• For emails, click the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

• For mobile communications, reply "STOP" or “Unsub” “Unsubscribe” to any SMS message you receive from us. The SMS will be stopped right away.

4. Frequency of Communication

We will strive to limit the frequency of our communications to a reasonable level. However, there may be exceptions during special update about project or urgent notifications.

5. Security of Information

Your email address and mobile phone number will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Changes to Policy

Website Affinity reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these changes.
